What to Expect in our sessions?

 

 

we will:

 

- formulate your present thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and behaviours

- find out where they come from.

- identify your standards and expectations in life.

- develop tailored strategies and techniques to help and support you/navigate life's challenges.

 

Additionally we will help you to process and desensitize traumatic experiences.

 

For the learning made in therapy to be sustainable it is crucial that we develop an attitude and feeling of self-compassion/kindness to self, something that many of my patients have never truly experienced in life.
